The Grand Rio

The Grand Rio brings together Vintage Soul by the Sea I and II, two retro-chic, country-vintage homes that sit side by side on the exclusive Sotogrande Marina, beside the Octógono and steps from the water. Reserved as one, they become a single generous retreat for the whole party, each home keeping its own independent entrance and full kitchen so every family has a place to call theirs.

This is slow living, shared. Wake to the sound of the marina, breathe in the sea air, and watch the light change over the bay to the Rock of Gibraltar. One home opens onto a large living and dining space at garden level, with direct access to the private garden facing the river and the sea; the other trades generic luxury for warmth, character and timeless soul. Together they invite two families, or three generations, to spread out across the day and still come home to the same long table at night.

Combined, the two houses offer six bedrooms, six bathrooms and room for thirteen guests, around 370 m² of characterful space with direct beach access and the calm waters of the marina at the doorstep. It is the kind of place where children drift between the two gardens and the grown-ups never quite decide whose terrace tonight’s dinner belongs to.
