The apartment is new and very clean. It's at the end of downtown but there is a bus stop in front and you can go anywhere. However, it is a very nice walk to the cathedral. Recommended

Silvia's accommodation is, with confidence, the best we have ever been to. The apartment is a magazine, the truth is not lacking in detail. Exquisite cleanliness is just like Silvia's treatment at all times. The area it is located allows easy access to everywhere while being very quiet and pleasant. You can't ask for more. A stay of 10, no question.

We had a pleasant stay. the apartment is well furnished, very clean and even better than expected. price was reasonable considering that it was the Feria week in Sevilla! We have been able to walk to the main city spots within 20 mn, but the bus stop is in front of the door for those who need it. The main difficulty we faced was to park the car as the nearest parking is about 1km away and can be pretty expensive if you leave your car for several days.

Sylvia's apartment is the perfect place to stay in Sevilla for a short or long term stay. It is well located near the center yet still quiet at night. The wifi is fast and the apartment is very comfortable for cooking a meal, relaxing and watching a movie or getting a good night's rest. She has thought of everything when it comes to guest's comfort. Communication was also very fast and efficient. I highly recommend Sylvia's apartment and would gladly stay here again the next time I am in Sevilla.

A very modern building and apartment, almost newly opened with very nice and super-equipped details. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Super clean. 15 minutes walk to the old town. Highly recommended.
