Enjoy a relaxing cup of tea or a glass of wine in one of the 3 terraces around the house (50 sq meters each): you can either choose to have a BBQ dinner in the Moroccan Style Terrace, or delight a peaceful evening with a glass of wine in the Summer Chic Terrace in front of the Marina, or enjoy the sun laying in a hammock in the Sunbather Terrace.

The house Alboaire has an elegant design and personal character. You can expect a consistent set of amenities you need to live like you do at home–from fast wifi and television ready for streaming to fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking essentials, convenient in-unit laundry set. A few of the other things you’ll get: Filtered or bottled water, cooking essentials including oil, utensils, and serving ware, shower and beach towels, iron and hairdryer.

The apartment was ideally located in the Port at Sotogrande. It was within walking distance of lovely bars, restaurants and the beach but also handy for the main road if you wanted to drive elsewhere. Anytime we had to contact Sylvia she responded very quickly and was very helpful

We’ve had the best time staying at this apartment. We loved the view from the front terrace overlooking the Marina and there are 2 other terraces. One had a bbq and the other had a small pool which we enjoyed sitting around with a drink in the afternoon sun! The kitchen was really well equipped and we loved they provided beach towels too. The location was perfect, a great selection of restaurants so close to walk to and the beach was about a 10 minute walk. We enjoyed hiring a boat to look around the Marina and we spent a day in Gibraltar which was about 20/30 minutes by car. The apartment and the surrounding area is really well kept. The hosts were helpful with my questions leading up to our trip and quick to respond to messages, thank you

Very comfortable and clean apartment for our family of four adults. We found it to be a really good base for exploring and trying out local restaurants around the harbour on foot, plus it is also close to the beach/beach club. It was useful though to have a car in order to be able to explore slightly further including the supermarket and other beach clubs. All very nice! It was also a nice place for us to return to for relaxing and dining/bbq’ing in the evening, plus very quiet in the evenings which meant we had a good night’s sleep. Particularly enjoyed overseeing the local water inlet, the boats etc. The owners were very responsive and helpful, plus the check in and check out went very smoothly.

This apartment exceeds expectations. The photos don’t do it justice. Silvia and Piero are amazing hosts nothing is too much trouble . They are full of recommendations. Would defiantly recommend a stay in this apartment . Thank you for an amazing holiday xx

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sylvia and Piero's beautifully decorated and spacious apartment overlooking the marina. (The bifolding window is a lovely touch). Piero was a great host - very responsive to any query we had. Although the marina is well served with restaurants (which are only a 10 min walk) and the apartment is quite close to the sea, a car is necessary for getting to the supermarket, pharmacy, visiting the local town etc.).

Luxury apartment, didn’t want to leave. Fab apartment , ideally located in the marina.

The property was beautifully kept and very spacious and comfortable! It’s in a great location on the port! I do recommend getting a car if you plan on exploring the area and there’s plenty of parking!

Lovely apartment in a great location. it was kitted out to a high end spec and had everything we needed to make it feel like home- including two hair dryers that weren’t listed in the advert. do update this as I packed me own needlessly.
