About the space

This modern apartment boasts two elevators and a rare rooftop swimming pool—a true luxury in this coveted neighborhood. Our urban chic industrial design home strategically makes use of a bright and dark color palette to offer an eclectic modern take of industrial design, plus a touch of retro and rustic style, resulting in a high-end look. The materials used for the style and colors are from high-quality brands either from Italy, Spain or local artisans.

The natural light filtering through the windows allows us to play with dark shades without sacrificing the space’s luminosity. The kitchen, with its matte black cabinets and iconic Italian retro fridge, becomes the visual heart of the apartment, while the rest of the environment is balanced with lighter colors for a harmonious and stylish effect.

In the open-plan living room, functionality meets style. From the custom-made Chester sofa bed from the UK to the vintage kitchen bar stools, each piece of furniture serves a purpose without sacrificing beauty or comfort. Here, industrial design blends with velvet touches and exposed stone walls, creating a dynamic and engaging space.

The apartment’s bathroom is a haven of style, blending industrial and rustic vibes with a unique wooden vanity and a carved stone sink from Italy, each designed exclusively for this space.

You will have access to the rooftop anytime during the year and the community swimming pool just during the Summer Season (from June to end of September).

The main entrance goes straight to a typical Sevillian patio where you could take some pictures.

There are two elevators and the building is wheelchair accessible.

Beautiful, modern apartment in private residential complex. Although quite noisy during the day, it was quiet at night and you could sleep well. Bed (from a German point of view) a bit small, but comfortable. In the kitchen there was, among other things, coffee and tea, which was great. Centrally located, everything is within walking distance. Silvia was very friendly, left understandable information, and the self check-in and checkout was smooth. Highly recommended!

We had the best time staying at Silvias apartment, it’s a beautiful little place in the very centre of historic Sevilla. Less than a 10 minutes walk through beautiful streets to all landmarks and great bars, restaurants and amenities. The apartment was cosy and well appointed with everything we needed and felt very much like a home from home, the place has a great vibe! The swimming pool is a massive bonus in the heat of Sevilla and was very well utilised during our stay! The views from the roof are beautiful, you can even catch a glimpse of La Giralda. We would absolutely stay here again 10/10 ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay in Silvia’s funky apartment and were delighted with our choice. Silvia was so helpful and responsive prior to us getting there with regard to transfers to and from the airport. The location was superb, in a quiet spot, but close to bars, restaurants and squares with a great Spanish vibe (we try to avoid the over touristy areas) We struggled with the code to get in, but we were immediately attended to by Silvia’s partner on the phone to assist (this was at 1am and we appreciated the swift response!) We loved Seville and intend to return and if we can get in at Silvia’s apartment then I most definitely will book in. Highly recommend this funky urban chic apartment !

Firstly the check in process was very simple and well explained prior to arrival. The location is fantastic and central to everything in Seville. The apartment was well furnished, very clean and stylish. Netflix was a plus, great to unwind with a movie at the end of a busy day of sight seeing. Finally, we had great, prompt communication from Silvia & Piero prior to and during our visit. They were very helpful with all our queries and were extremely accommodating.

It is central and very well connected to tourist places, but at the same time, it is a very quiet area so it allows you to rest without problems. I have been able to stay with my two French bulldogs without problems and that is infinitely appreciated. The leisure and restaurant area is also very close with many options to choose from. Likewise, the must-sees such as the Plaza de España and the Giralda, so it is not necessary to move the vehicle once parked, something to keep in mind. You have a private covered parking just a 4-5 minute walk away. In short, if I return to Seville I will stay in this apartment again and of course I will recommend it if any acquaintance or family member comes for tourism.

The loved the cleanliness, decoration, its central and quiet location, the pool on the roof... and the host's kindness and response to any questions we might have.
