Adjacent to the living area, the fully equipped kitchen awaits, complete with top-of-the-line appliances from luxurious brands and all the essentials for preparing a delicious meal. Start your mornings with a freshly brewed espresso from the Nespresso machine, setting the perfect tone for the day. This floor also includes a guest room with two cozy single beds and a spacious bathroom, providing a comfortable and private space for additional guests.

We had a pleasant stay. the apartment is well furnished, very clean and even better than expected. price was reasonable considering that it was the Feria week in Sevilla! We have been able to walk to the main city spots within 20 mn, but the bus stop is in front of the door for those who need it. The main difficulty we faced was to park the car as the nearest parking is about 1km away and can be pretty expensive if you leave your car for several days.

The apartment is new and very clean. It's at the end of downtown but there is a bus stop in front and you can go anywhere. However, it is a very nice walk to the cathedral. Recommended
