Welcome to our beautiful home in Costa Del Sol, where the sun shines year-round and relaxation is guaranteed. Ideal for families (including those with kids or pets), groups, golf enthusiasts, and polo travelers, this spacious 250m² house offers everything you need for the perfect vacation.

Our home is designed to ensure your stay is both comfortable and memorable. The large living-dining room opens up to a spacious garden, perfect for outdoor activities and relaxation. The house features 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms, including 3 with en suite bathrooms, plus one shared bathroom on the second floor and a convenient half bathroom at the main entrance. With a capacity for up to 10 guests, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out, unwind, and enjoy quality time together.

Each room is thoughtfully decorated with handcrafted antique furniture, creating a unique vintage ambiance that adds charm and character to your stay. The quiet, lush garden and shared swimming pool offer the perfect setting for sipping a cold drink at sunset or enjoying a refreshing breakfast in the morning sun.

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and all the necessary dishes and utensils. And for those who love a good barbecue, the outdoor BBQ area is perfect for grilling and gathering with friends and family, making your afternoons and evenings truly special.

Additional highlights include three large terraces located on the first and second floors, each offering a unique space to relax and soak in the views. A cot, high chair, or child’s bed is available upon request, making our home suitable for even the youngest travelers.

We booked Silvias place because we had a family wedding about 30mins away.The villa was as described,perfect for a family of 2 grandparents.4 parent's and 3 kids 2-7.Bedrooms were as described ,flexible for us to work out the best solution to our holiday. The swimming pool was excellent,described as shared but predomodently we were there on our own, was clean and the kids loved it. The location is good,5 mins from Sotogrande with a cosmopoloton vibe,good restaurants etc. The villas accommodation is as described,ok it was warm but fans are provided but overall for the price I really cannot complain about anything. We have to make one admission in that we lost one of the keys which we will compensate the owner for but when we needed to contact the owner they were quickly available. In summary,If you want good accommodation in this area you would not be disappointed with this villa.

The house is spectacular in the center of Sotogrande with a beautiful garden with direct access to the pool ideal for going with children. Rooms are tastefully decorated and well equipped. The house is very clean and well cared for. Both Silvia and Piergiorgio have been looking out for us to make our stay more comfortable. We'll be back soon!

The villa is as pictured!! There was plenty of room for 8 of us. It’s located in a quiet and secured neighborhood. Parking was right in front of the villa. Additional car can be parked in street. We were here for a wedding and location was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!!

Everything was very nice, the house is very well equipped. The barbecue is a bit small for a group. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable, almost all bedrooms come with separate bathroom. The swimming pool and it's area is amazing although it's shared between a few houses, but we didn't have a problem. Very much recommended.

We had a 4 night stay early September at Villa Maria. Lovely house & garden with access to a quiet pool through the bottom of the garden. Well equipped kitchen and the dolce gust machine was a great addition! Silvia was a great host, communication was fantastic and very accommodating with several requests such as a highchair and travel cot. We didn't venture out but the port is a few minutes away in a car and 2 large supermarkets too. Lovely, peaceful location and great hosts! Will definitely be back!
