Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway! This stunning two-floor house offers a delightful blend of comfort and breathtaking views, ideal for a relaxing vacation. It also offers private parking right at your door.

Remote Work Ready with Superfast WiFi: If you’re working remotely, our property in Estepona ensures you stay connected with incredibly fast WiFi, enabling you to work with the beach as your backdrop without any hassle. 

As you enter through the main entrance, you are greeted by an open-concept space that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a convenient guest toilette. The living room boasts large windows that open to the main terrace, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the sparkling sea — perfect for sipping your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.

On the second floor, you’ll find two beautifully furnished bedrooms and an additional office room. The office room offers an inspiring view of the sea, Gibraltar, and even Morocco on clear days, making it a serene spot for work or relaxation. The main bathroom is conveniently located on this floor, providing all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Silvias place is stunning. The house is decorated with lots of love and intention. The location is perfect, quiet and only a couple of steps from the sea. Everything was right as described. Silvia is a fantastic host. Communication was clear, friendly and proactive. Would highly recommend this place and w come back for sure!

Charming little terraced house by the sea. The view is amazing. However, it is located next to a gate giving access to the common areas of the urbanization and this gate the people of the complex slamming loudly and it can be disturbing in the morning when you sleep 😉 The master bathroom deserves some work, like wiggling toilet repair, bathtub joints and wall with mold. The outdoor furniture is outdated and lacks a pergola canvas to protect from the sun and leaves of the beautiful bougainvillea. We had a pleasant stay in Silvia's house, its location is its highlight.

We will only confirm the vast majority of the reviews: we had a great/wonderful/fantastic stay. These rentals of the "Urbanizaciòn" type are not at all in our habits and yet we found our happiness immediately. The views, the sounds, the ambient air are enchanting. The apartment, its outdoor space and amenities were just perfect. The public spaces, even in the summer period were very accessible and the other users pleasant, accommodating or even warm. Lots to see and do in the surrounding area. And to conclude, a quick note about the hosts: proactive, welcoming, very clear in all communication, responsive and very friendly. A place and people to remember.
