The home features a a very large living and dining space at the ground floor, full of charm and with direct access to the private garden facing the river, the sea and the Rock of Gibraltar. A large kitchen and a bathroom are there for your convenience.

3 Spacious Double Bedrooms:
Master Suite: Includes, a built-in office and a large double bed that can be split into two twin beds. The master bathroom is just near the room, for easy and convenient access.
Second and third Bedroom: Feature two separated twin beds each and a shared bathroom.

With its luxurious design, ample space, and stunning sea and sunset views, this home is the perfect retreat for families, couples, or small groups seeking the ultimate Sotogrande experience. We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was furnished to a very high standard, located in a quiet corner of the marina yet within a short stroll to many great restaurants. The apartment was spacious with two well furnished outdoor spaces, with breathtaking views on Gibraltar rock. The host was also very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.
